How to Pick Up Your Online Order

Welcome! We are excited to support you with high-quality educational materials, art supplies, and resources for child care providers through our Lending Library. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how to place an online order and pick it up in person.

1. Placing Your Online Order

Browse our Lending Library’s online catalog and add the items you wish to borrow to your cart. Once you submit your order request, our team will begin preparing it for you.

Note: Submitting an order does not mean it is ready immediately. We will contact you as soon as everything is prepared.

2. Wait for Confirmation

After reviewing your order, our staff will email or call you to let you know:

  • Your order is ready for pickup
  • The pickup location
  • The date and time for pickup
  • Any unavailable or substituted items

Please wait for this confirmation before coming to pick up your materials.

3. Pickup Days

Order pickups are available on the following days:

  • Tuesday
  • Friday
  • Saturday

Your confirmation message will include the exact time for your pickup.

4. Upon Arrival

To help us serve you quickly, please bring:

  • Your confirmation email or order number
  • A photo ID (if required by your program)

Follow the signs to the designated pickup area. If curbside pickup is available, your confirmation message will include instructions to call us upon arrival.

5. Picking Up Your Items

When you arrive:

  1. Check in with our team using your name or order number.
  2. We will bring out the items we prepared for you.
  3. You’ll have a moment to review your materials and ensure everything is correct and in good condition.

If something is not right or an item is missing, please let us know — we’ll be happy to help.

6. Loans and Returns

All Lending Library items are loaned for a set period. We ask that you:

  • Return items on time
  • Keep materials clean and in good condition
  • Inform us if anything is damaged or lost

This helps ensure all providers and children can enjoy the materials.
